The informational perimeters of the land use plan (POS) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the geographical information on the surface added either for regulatory reasons or for the purpose of providing information:
— the details which are to be annexed to the documents d' urban planning in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the code de l' urban planning;
— the information provided on graphical documents for information purposes.
In this dataset are the surface information of TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (areas d' delayed development) if they appear on the POS graphical documents.
__Origin__
Reconstruction by digitalisation on the surface information screen (urban pre-emption right perimeters and zones of #x27; delayed development) that appear on the graphical documents of the PLU. Digitisation follows the national requirements of the CNIG standard (October 2014). The cadastral geographical repository is the Parcellar BD provided by l'IGN.
