Initial allocation of regional assistance to free textbooks for pre-bac training in 2013-2014

The Region supports the schooling of high school students by providing free textbooks since 2001. As part of the reforms undertaken by the Ministry of National Education leading to the complete renewal of collections in 2010, the Region decided to continue to support families in the context of diminishing purchasing power and economic crisis. The beneficiaries are high school students in public institutions. Books are loaned by schools to students during the school year. For professional high school students, this help can allow the purchase of exercise books. The Region pays an initial allocation to schools before the start of the school year. Adjustments shall be made during the year to take account in particular of changes in staff numbers. **Field description**: Gross allocation: value calculated according to the annual scale without taking into account the balance.
