An inventoried Frayère groups the concepts of fish spawning and growing zone or of crustacean feeding defined in the \#x27; article L.432-3 of the code of the environment. L' Article L.432-3 of the code of l'environment defines fish spawning grounds as: — Any part of a water course that is included in an inventory established pursuant to I of #x27; Article R. 432-1-1 and whose bed consists of {\#x27; a mineral substrate having the characteristics of the specific particle size of the reproduction of {\#x27; one of the species of fish listed on the first list provided for in Article R. 432-1, — Or any part of the streams of #x27; water included in an inventory established pursuant to II of #x27; Article R. 432-1-1. A zone of growth or d' crustacean feed, as defined in Article L. 432-3, corresponds to any part of watercourses included in an inventory established pursuant to III of #x27; Article R. 432-1-1. The founding regulatory text of the inventoried Frayère is the decree issued by the prefect of department. Two types of course parts d'water can be delimited. The “classic” water portions delimited from the BD Carthage® hydrographic network. The parts of rivers d' off-network water BD Carthage®. Attributes " tributaries " and under tributary; add a level of detail to compensate for the non-exhaustiveness of the hydrographic reference used. &Affluent & means taking into account the tributaries of first levels adjacent to the part of the course of demarcated water. & under tributary; means taking into account the catchment areas adjacent to the part of the course of demarcated water.
