### The mission of Covid-initiatives
COVID-initiatives is a volunteer collective that aims to identify as many civil society initiatives as possible to address the Covid-19 pandemic.
The collective is at the ore of the platform covid-initiatives.org which tries to show in the most readable way the many projects that emerge from citizen mobilisations.
### Description of the dataset
This dataset identifies as many civil society initiatives as possible to address the Covid-19 pandemic.
Two files are proposed:
— **projects to combat shortage of equipment in hospitals** (Diy hydro-alcoholic solutions; masks in 3D printing; protective visors; prototypes of low-tech respirators etc.)
— **citizens’ mutual assistance projects to deal with the crisis** (local groups, platforms, mutual assistance networks, etc.)
