**Collection context**
A layer designed for the mapping needs of the Normandy Region, which can be used in several areas of community intervention.
Purpose: Obtain a geographical layer of all railway axes serving (or crossing) a Normandy station, with a section for each stage.
**Collection method**
The layer is derived from an extraction of the Topo BD
By a selection of all the sections, on Normandy
The LGV, main and urban transport sections have been retained. When several lines are parallel: preference was given to the two tracks and the longest distances (visually). The others have been deleted. There are only “main” lines left.
The end or beginning of the section at each station was located at a point approximately right angle to the point of the station and the railway line.
