Judicial educational aid — Open educational action in Loire-Atlantique by EPCI

Number of children on social assistance for children for whom an open educational action measure (AEMO) has been issued by intercommunality since 2008. * * * Educational assistance in an open environment is given by the children’s judge and aims to entrust to a qualified person or a service, the mission of providing assistance and advice to the family, in order to overcome his difficulties while keeping the minor in his current environment. It is aimed at any family facing difficulties in educating their children. Statistical confidentiality is applied: all information between 1 and 5 included is not disseminated. They correspond to uninformed cells.
