This dataset is a formatted version [of the CSV file published](https://hadopi.fr/sites/default/download/chiffres-bruts-statistiques.csv) by the HADOPI [on its website](https://hadopi.fr/ressources/open-data).
Each month’s activity is grouped on a single line with:
— year and month
— number of 1st recommendations sent in the month
— cumulation of the first recommendations
— number of 2nd recommendations sent in the month
— cumulation of the 2nd recommendations
— number of proceedings for transmission to justice
— cumulation of proceedings for transmission to justice
