Dataset description

Lists of essential data from Aude public procurement. The table below contains key data on the Department of Aude Government Procurement and Framework Agreements. Framing Authorities concerned: TPD Established by Article 34 of Decree No 2016-86 on concession contracts, by Article 107 of Decree No 2016-360 on public procurement, and by Article 94 of Decree No 2016-361 on public defence or security contracts, the obligation on buyers and licensing authorities to publish on their buyer profile the list of essential data relating to their public contracts or concessions contracts and any amendments thereto meets an objective of transparency of public data. These texts echo the Digital Republic Act (No. 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016) and Article 10 of Law No 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations. The requirement of transparency and openness of public procurement data meets several objectives: it is likely to contribute to preventing and combating corruption, to the sound management of public funds, to the management of purchasing policies and to the economic development of enterprises, which will be able to seize this data either to better meet the needs of public purchasers or to develop new services for the improvement of public procurement policies. The Order of 14 April 2017 on essential data in public procurement specifies the list of essential data to be published for each procurement procedure launched on or after 1 October 2018 with an amount exceeding EUR 25 000 excluding tax. This also applies to concession contracts and contract amendments.
