**12/01/2022** Following the suspension of the transmission of COVID-19 test results from some of the private medical biology laboratories in the context of a strike between 2 and 10 January, changes in incidence and screening rates should be interpreted with caution. **ADD 06/09/2022** Provision of the data history for the IRIS layer. One file per month of data. **MAJ 09/08/2022** Public Health France updates the geographical and population benchmarks, used for the production and dissemination of indicators for monitoring the COVID-19 epidemic. This update will be effective on **7 July 2022**. It is required to be renewed every year. As a result, some field headings will be corrected as of **August 10, 2022**: — For ‘sp_metro_*’ files: ‘epci2020’ becomes **‘epci’** — For ‘sp_iris_*’ files: ‘iris2019’ becomes **‘iris’** **08/06/2022** Given the current favourable trend and the decline of the main indicators, as of 11 June 2022, COVID-19 indicators produced by Public Health France will be updated on [Geodes](https://geodes.santepubliquefrance.fr/#c=home) and data.gouv.fr every day **with the exception of weekends and public holidays. The format of resources from laboratory data for screening (SI-DEP) is changing. ***What data? *** The virological monitoring indicators are derived from the screening information system (SI-DEP), the objective of which is to trace test data (RT-PCR) carried out by all city laboratories and hospitals concerning SARS-COV2, as well as antigenic tests carried out by laboratories, pharmacists, doctors and nurses.
