Legal populations of the Ardennes

The population data published by INSEE enter into force on 1 January; they are based on the administrative divisions as of 1 January of the previous year (N-1) and on the census for the year N-3. This dataset contains data on the legal populations of the departments for the year 2020. The results of the renovated censuses compare correctly with each other only over periods of at least 5 years apart.
