Dataset description

This dataset is produced from the communal splitting present in the OpenStreetMap data. For each municipality, it shall indicate: * its INSEE code * his name * the number of neighbouring municipalities * INSEE codes of neighbouring municipalities (sorted by ascending heading) * the names of neighboring municipalities (sorted by cap croissant) * the direction (capture in degree) of neighbouring municipalities (sorted by ascending heading) The query used is available on [http://osm13.openstreetmap.fr/~cquest/openfla/communes_adjacentes.sql](http://osm13.openstreetmap.fr/~cquest/openfla/communes_adjacentes.sql)
