This dataset is produced from the communal splitting present in the OpenStreetMap data.
For each municipality, it shall indicate:
* its INSEE code
* his name
* the number of neighbouring municipalities
* INSEE codes of neighbouring municipalities (sorted by ascending heading)
* the names of neighboring municipalities (sorted by cap croissant)
* the direction (capture in degree) of neighbouring municipalities (sorted by ascending heading)

In case of major update that would not be compatible with previous version of API, we keep for 30 days both versions so you will have enough time to transfer to new version. We will inform you about the changes in advance by e-mail.
