The dataset, made available by the Directorate-General of Enterprises, provides information since 2014 on establishments benefiting from the Tourism &, Handicap brand, which is the only state brand attributed to tourism professionals working for accessibility for all. Its objective is to provide objective and consistent information on the accessibility of tourist sites and facilities. Tourism &, Handicap takes into account the four families of disabilities (auditive, mental, motor and visual) and aims to develop a tourist offer adapted and integrated with the generalist offer. To obtain this mark, the service provider must undertake a demanding approach (specific criteria) and checked every 5 years (evaluation visit).
