This file proposes, for the Seine-Maritime, the list of rural municipalities (see glossary in metadata_), as set out in the decree of the Prefect of Seine-Maritime of 17 August 2021, as well as the list of municipalities and EPCI meeting the criteria defined by Article R.3232-1 of the General Code of Territorial Collectivities (_see glossary in metadata_), and as such eligible for departmental technical assistance, as defined by articles L.3232-1-1 et seq. of the CGCT.
