The Local Intercommunal Advertising Regulation (RLPi) is a planning document for advertising, signage and pre-enses, when they are visible from a road open to public traffic, whose purpose, with a view to protecting the living environment, is to adapt the National Advertising Regulation (RNP) to the characteristics of the territory by allowing the imposition of more restrictive rules than those resulting from the RNP. The RLPI de Coeur Côte Fleurie establishes in agglomeration two distinct zonings on the communes of Bénerville-sur-Mer, Blonville-sur-Mer, Deauville, Saint-Arnoult, Saint-Pierre-Azif, Touques, Tourgéville, Trouville-sur-Mer, Vauville, Villers-sur-Mer and Villerville. Advertising zoning consists of two zones: area 1 with areas of natural protection (natural area of ecological interest, faunistic and floristic abbreviated by the acronym ZNIEFF), heritage protection (Remarkable Heritage Site, abbreviated by the acronym SPR), the maritime domain, and the villages (CAPL Act of 7 July 2016 replaces AVAP and ZPPAUP with remarkable heritage sites or SPR) — zone 2 with central municipalities and commercial or business sectors. The data was created by the firm Cadre et Cité.
