The Local Intercommunal Advertising Regulation (RLPi) is a planning document for advertising, signage and pre-enses, when they are visible from a road open to public traffic, whose purpose, with a view to protecting the living environment, is to adapt the National Advertising Regulation (RNP) to the characteristics of the territory by allowing the imposition of more restrictive rules than those resulting from the RNP. The agglomeration is defined by Article R.110-2 of the Highway Code, which provides that it is the area where buildings are located close together and marked by entrance and exit signs (EB-10/EB-20). The data was created by the firm Cadre et Cité.
