Represents the perimeters of the pre-emption zones of local sensitive natural areas labeled, i.e. sites for which an agreement to enrol the site in the network of iserois ENS has been signed between the Department, the commune (or community of communes) or the Regional Conservatory of Natural Spaces. These sites are acquired and managed by the commune (or community of municipalities) or the Regional Conservatory of Natural Spaces with technical and financial assistance from the Department.
The pre-emption zone is defined in conjunction with the community responsible for the site and created by deliberation by the Departmental Council which delegates the right of pre-emption to that community. It most often corresponds to the response area of the site but may also correspond to the observation zone. Within this perimeter, in case of sale of land, the community responsible for the site is given priority to acquire it. Land acquired through the exercise of the right of pre-emption and with the development tax is inalienable and must retain its vocation as a natural space.
