In the department of l'Allier, eleven prefectural decrees laying down the Specific Regulations of Navigation Police (RPPN) regulate bathing activities and nautical practices. Sports events on these plans of water are subject to prior agreement of the Administration, l' instruction being carried out by the Departmental Directorate of Territories (DDT).
