Low-emission area of the Métropole de Lyon — ZFE

The opening of data on Low Emission Zones is a legal obligation, defined by the Law for a Digital Republic (No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016) concerning the provision by default of administrative data. The low-emission zone (ZFE) of the Métropole de Lyon entered into force on 1 January 2020. Since that date, vehicles intended for the transport of goods with Crit’air 4, 5 or unclassified labels may not circulate or park within the area. Since 1 January 2021, this ban extends to Crit’Air 3 vehicles.
