Lyrics from researchers

The Region has proposed to the high school students of Île-de-France a programme entitled “Paroles de recherche et de recherche”: 100 interventions by Francisian scientists in 100 high schools, to share the diversity of research professions and scientific careers at the university or in companies. As a first step, the researcher tells about the birth of her vocation, explains what her job consists of, what is her daily activity, the methodology she or he implements, her vision of the challenges of research vis-à-vis society. In a second step, the researcher proposes a more pedagogical sequence around the “businesses of tomorrow”. The interventions took place over 2 school years, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. The programme was implemented by the Cercle FSER. The dataset presented lists all the interventions carried out between September 2020 and June 2022: * year of intervention * surname, first name, laboratory of the researcher * Academy, identifier (UAI), name, type and address of the high school * number of students present
