L' Objective of n°#x27;Envelope of Potential Floods by Marine Submersions (EAIPsm) is to be able to calculate the impact indicators on the potential impact of extreme events. It is therefore first a question of approaching the outline of these events by mobilising in the first place the information immediately available (atlases, hazard maps of PPRs, etc.), and by supplementing it if necessary with additional studies.
__Origin__
The general principles of the constitution of EAIPs “courses of water” and “marine submersions” are presented in the main text of the text of EPRI (preliminary risk assessment of the risks of #x27; flood, approved by prefectoral decree of 14/01/2013).
In order to identify the envelopes approached to the potential floods, the available knowledge has been supplemented by several types of \#x27; information which is detailed in the annex:
− l' information on geology, used for the constitution of EAIPs “courses of water” and “marine submersions”,
− low-lying areas, used for the formation of EAIP “marine submersions”,
− low hydrographic areas, used for the formation of EAIP “marine submersions”.
