This file is called “dynamic” because the data will be frequently updated according to the time step or refresh frequency that the producer will define upstream. The data provided are provided either in “real-time” or a posteriori. The file will contain as many lines as counting by time slot or no time. The data must be associated with the “site” and “channel” mobilities counting data. They cannot be reused without these files.
