Location of meeting areas in the territory of Orléans Métropole.
A meeting area is a section or set of sections of agglomerated lanes constituting an area assigned to the circulation of all users. In this area, pedestrians are allowed to drive on the road without parking and are given priority over vehicles. The speed of the vehicles is limited to 20 km/h. All roadways are two-way for cyclists, unless different provisions are made by the police authority. The entrances and exits of this area are announced by a signage and the entire area is arranged in a manner consistent with the applicable speed limit.
