Monitoring of housing construction according to Sitadel 2007

For building permits, all events in the life of the project are followed in the Sitadel base, from the submission of the application to the completion of the works, i.e. each movement affecting an application for authorisation: —the decision taken on the authorisation to build (favorable, stay of the proceedings, unfavourable, in waiting), —the construction site opening declaration (DOC) indicating the start of the works, —the Declaration of Completion of Work (DAT) indicating the completion of the work, —any changes to the initial application, after authorisation or after the site has been opened, —the possible annulment (abandonment of the project, action by third parties...), after authorisation or after the opening of the site. __Origin__ The Lden and Ln indicators are evaluated at a height of 4 m. The calculation method shall be in accordance with NF-S-31-133 (Calculation of l’' attenuation of sound during its propagation in an outdoor environment, including weather effects).
