Monthly regularity TER

Monthly regularity TER since January 2013. On TER, the regularity is calculated when the train arrives at the last station of its journey (terminus). This method of calculation, which does not include intermediate stations, offers the cumulative delay on the entire journey. The indicator used is the “five-minute regularity” indicator: a train is considered late if it arrives five minutes after its scheduled time. The proposed data are not detailed by TER line but aggregated for all TERs in a Region. In agreement with the Regions which are the transport organising authorities for TER, a train removed before 4 p.m. the day before its operation will not be counted. On the other hand, if the announcement of its deletion could not be made the previous day before 16:00, the train will be well counted as a deleted train, regardless of whether the deletion is complete or partial (the train has made only part of its journey).
