The Cerema-enriched Land Files constitute an annual, geolocated and homogeneous database across the entire territory. Part of the descriptive data of built and unbuilt land has been aggregated in this entire France table (including DOM).
__Origin__
This table allows to analyse, visualise or query some of the information available in Land Files. It gathers descriptive data of built and non-built land aggregated to the municipal perimeter. Some information has been redacted for municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants. The complete data of each vintage of the Land Files remains available to the rightholders (public actors in charge of a policy of the Ministry responsible for the environment and housing). The communal contours used are derived from the Admin Express product of l'IGN.
Since 2009, the Cerema retreats, geolocalises and enriches data from MAJIC of the Directorate General of Public Finance (DGFiP) producing the database Land Files on behalf of the Directorate-General for Planning, Housing and Nature (DGALN, Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition).
The Land Files describe in detail the land, the premises and the various property rights related to them. They have now become essential in many areas such as land use and land use, land deposits and construction, land and real estate markets, housing, economic activity, territorial observations and the study of landowners.
Exploitation of Land Files in a business setting requires a thorough understanding of tax concepts (local, property, etc.). Accurate documentation is available on datafoncier.cerema.fr
