Description
Maine poultry are high quality farm poultry with soft meat, without excessive fat.
They are presented eviscerated or tapered, whole or cut, fresh or frozen.
A historical reputation:
By means-age, poultry production served as a feudal levy. In the 15th and 16th centuries, the cultivation of buckwheat in the Maine Basin favored the production of quality poultry and bibliographic references from 1881 indicate that these poultry enjoyed a good reputation.
