[The Order of 14 April 2017](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/arrete/2017/4/14/ECFM1637256A/jo/texte), as amended by [the Order of 27 July 2018](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000037282994&dateTexte=&categorieLien=id), requires all public purchasers to publish the essential data of public procurement. Thus, from 1 October 2018, public buyers must publish the award data no later than two months after the notification of the contract. The data structure is defined by [XML and JSON schemas](https://github.com/etalab/format-commande-publique) that apply the requirements of the Orders.
