National repertoire of the elus

The purpose of the National Directory of Elus (RNE) is to monitor the holders of an electoral mandate. It is informed and kept up to date by the prefectures and the services of the Ministry of the Interior, in particular on the basis of the information provided by elected officials during the registration phase of applications. Compared to the initial data, the following changes were made: * The data has been grouped into a single file keeping only the fields in common * People appear only once and are identified by their first name, surname and date of birth * Fields have been calculated (age, number of mandates and positions held) * The data has been standardised with ISO dates and a standard file format (CSV encoded in utf-8) For omitted data (e.g. common codes or department codes), they may be reinstated in a future version.
