Dataset description

For natural PPRs, the code of l'environment defines two categories of zones (L562-1): risk-exposed areas and areas that are not directly exposed to risks but on which measures can be foreseen to avoid d’#x27; aggravate the risk.Depending on the level of #x27; hazard, each zone is the subject of an opposable settlement. The regulations generally distinguish between three types of zones:1- the ‘zones d' prohibition of construction’, known as ‘red zones’, where the level of ' hazard is strong and the general rule is the prohibition on construction;2- ‘areas subject to requirements’, known as ‘blue zones’, where the level of #x27; hazard is average and the projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of d' at stake;3- areas not directly exposed to risks but where constructions, structures, development or agricultural, forestry, artisanal, commercial or industrial activities could exacerbate risks or cause new ones, subject to prohibitions or requirements (see Article L562-1 of the Code de l' environment). The latter category is only applicable to natural PPRs. __Origin__ The boundaries of a restricted zone are represented on the graphical documents of the PPR. Regulatory limits are generally set on natural phenomena, which do not follow cadastral or administrative boundaries. A PPR determines the boundaries of the different restricted zones according to the calculated right-of-way of hazardous phenomena. The publication of the standard took place after the PPR procedure was time-barred. The master responsible for managing the PPR decided to take over the file to produce the data in COVADIS format. This production may include the retrieval of pre-existing geographical data as part of digitisation. This metadata may be usefully supplemented by the characteristics specific to the datasets obtained by indicating whether the quality recommendations (B.4) of the standard have been complied with or possibly measured, and specifying any technical limitations caused by the procedure used. The opposable PPRN is a paper document. During the digitisation of the route, the contour was recalibrated on the cadastral plane of the DGFiP while respecting the original contour at best. __Partner organisations__ DDT 47 (Departmental Directorate of Lot and Garonne Territories), DDT Lot-et-Garonne __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-337c54ce-472f-408c-919b-28170dcbd620) * [COVADIS data standard: Restricted zone of a PPRN](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ZONE_REG_PPRN_AAAANNNN_S) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/12bfc4c2ae5ef9122fbd2530fd94b270f18276f8)
