All sections from the BD Topo forming the network of roads with high traffic for departmental use. The highways defined in Article L. 110-3 of the Highway Code are:
the national roads defined in Article L. 123-1 of the Roads Code and mentioned by the above-mentioned Decree of 5 December 2005;
B) The listed roads annexed to the current decree
the straps connecting either two sections of roads with high traffic, a section of road with high traffic and a motorway. “Broken” means a lane connecting two roads that intersect at different levels.
