Ineligible parcel to collect area payments for arable crops (coupled aid) or to activate a set-aside DPU in the 2010 CAP campaign
These are the boundaries of plots ineligible for coupled aid (SCOP: cereal, Oleaginous and Proteaginous Surface as well as set-aside land). They correspond to the mapping of the areas declared on 15 May 2003 as: permanent pasture, permanent crops, forest or non-agricultural areas.
This 2010 version corresponds to the situation agreed on 1 January 2011 according to the situation known on that date
