Dataset description
This dataset includes a count of **number of addressable premises per municipality**, as well as the estimated **number of associated addresses**.
It results from the processing of the **file of built properties** (MAJIC/PROP) of the Directorate-General for Public Finance.
Only premises relevant for addressing shall be retained.
The data are dated **1 January 2019** (MAJIC and COG).
The available fields are:
— ‘common_name’: name of the municipality (2019)
— ‘common_code’: INSEE code of the municipality (2019)
— ‘population’: legal population 2019
— ‘nb_local’: number of “addressable” premises
— ‘nb_local_addresses’: number of addresses attached to premises in land files
The dataset is updated from time to time, and is available in CSV and JSON formats.
