These data include all short- and long-term absences, including those that started in the previous fiscal year for the part extending to the current year. These data do not include annual and end-of-career leave. * “College”: classification according to the Staff Representation Colleges, i.e. ‘execution’, ‘master’ and ‘management’. * Rolling personnel include driving agents (‘rolling-driving’) and conductors (‘rolling trains’). These data are derived from the Social Assessment published each year by the Directorate Cohesion & Human Resources of SNCF. The social report presents data on all the company’s staff, with the exception of doctors involved in occupational medicine and care medicine of active agents, trainees, concierges and contract staff assisted. **As of 2019, the type of workforce taken into account by the Social Assessment has been changed: the number of staff presented is the total (rather than the “real” staff).** ****___~~~~~
