This data shows the number of dwellings available under PLAI ceilings per municipality for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region for the period 2013/2021 decided at 31/12/2021. PLAI housing, financed by the Aided Integration Loan, is allocated to tenants in a situation of great precariousness. There are three types of housing: — ordinary dwellings (LO) — family pensions (PF) — social residences (RS) The legal nature of these dwellings can be of 4 types: — HLM: these are public housing offices (OPH), social enterprises for housing (ESH), co-ops — SEM: mixed economy companies (SEM) whose statutory purpose is the realisation of housing — Municipality: municipality in the sense of territorial collectivity (city) — ME: organisations benefiting from the approval of the integration project authority (IMO)
