Observatoire de l’habitat

Intercommunities with a Local Habitat Programme (PLH) must set up an annual monitoring system, known as the Habitat Observatory. The objective of this tool is twofold: * evaluate the implementation of the actions defined in the framework of the PLH, * identify developments in real estate markets and demographic and social balances in order to adjust, if necessary, GPSO’s policies and actions. The document is divided into three parts: * description of the park and changing housing needs; * achievements of the year (production of private housing, social housing, student residences, shelters, etc.); * summary of data by municipality and list of new social housing included in the SRU inventory.
