OCS2D: Land occupancy in 2 dimensions — SCoT de Lille (MEL+CCPC) — 2005-2015-2020

OCS2D is the production of a two-dimensional land use database in the territory of **Scot de Lille**. The SCoT consists of two entities: * **the European Metropolis of Lille (MEL)**, which brings together 95 municipalities for about one million inhabitants, a territory with urban dominance (730 km²); * **the Community of Communes Pévèle en Carembault (CCPC)**, which consists of 38 municipalities with a population of about 100,000 inhabitants. The landscape is characterised mainly by rural areas (350 km²).
