This layer makes it possible to define precisely the perimeter of the planned habitat improvement operation (OPAH) Rennes Centre Ancien.
This operation focuses on the requalification of the housing offer in the historic center of the city of Rennes.
A first Operation for Habitat Improvement and Urban Renewal (OPAH-RU) took place from 2011 to 2016.
A new operation 2016-2021 is underway.
Monitoring and animation of the operation was entrusted to the local public development company Territories Publics.
