Dataset description
This dataset contains the opinions given by the Administrative Documents Access Commission (CADA) and its advice for admnistrations, as defined by [its role](http://www.cada.fr/le-role-de-la-cada,6077.html).
These data were released following the decision n°25 of [CIMAP of 18 December 2013](http://www.modernisation.gouv.fr/le-sgmap/le-cimap/le-cimap-du-18-decembre-2013) concerning the removal of royalties on certain datasets.
For the period 2005-2011, only non-recurring notices are included in the dataset.
From 2012, all reviews are available.
After each meeting session, new (and anonymised) opinions are added as a new CSV file.
