#### Summary:
Since 1 July 2004, the Decree implementing European Directive 2003/54/EC of 26/06/03 requires electricity suppliers to indicate to all their customers the distribution between the different energy sources used to supply electricity and the CO2 and radioactive waste content of the kilowatt hour supplied.
The Decree of 11 March 2021 imposed a change in the methodology for calculating the supplier mix, now based exclusively [on the residual France mix published by Powernext](https://www.eex.com/fileadmin/EEX/Downloads/Registry_Services/Guarantees_of_Origin_Documentation/20210825_EEX_publishes_the_French_residual_mix_for_2020.pdf) and the original guarantees used by EDF.
