Outlines of the holders of agri-environmental and climate projects (APEC).
Agri-environmental and climate measures (ACE) are one of the main tools of the 2nd pillar of the CAP to support the change in agricultural practices, and in particular to reduce agricultural pressures on the environment, identified at territorial level.
They constitute measure 10 of the Regional Rural Development Programme (RDP) of the Brittany region, validated by the European Commission in August 2015. This programme mobilises the European Fund for Agriculture and Rural Economic Development (EAFRD), 2014-2020 programming, for which the Brittany Region is the managing authority.
25 agri-environmental and climate projects have been selected for 2015 (Regional Council Decree on 28/09/2015) and are being renewed in 2016; 18 agri-environmental projects are new in 2016.
On all or part of these perimeters, areas at stake (biodiversity, water, phyto and capture) are identified for which specific measures are open. These territories are the subject of four associated datasets.
__Origin__
The Brittany region, in consultation with the project leaders, the DREAL and the DRAAF, decide on the perimeters bearing the stakes (biodiversity, water, phyto and catchment). These perimeters are based on hydrographic contours (BDCARTHAGE and water masses under the Framework Directive on Water — WFD) and/or the municipal administrative boundaries of BDTOPO (IGN).
L' Source attribute specifies, for each territory, the benchmarks used.
