PAC ilots used in the examination of CAD contract applications in the Haut-Rhin

History: PAC ilots (possibly before full validation by the DDAF within the framework of the RPG instruction) the most recent that served as the basis for requests for ' CAD commitment (DAC application localisation plan), for consultation in ACTE. This data is imported from CartoCAD, ADASEA input software, according to a frequency and modality of locally defined shipments between DDAF and l'ADASEA.This layer may be different from the PAC island layer: it may be more recent than the PAC islet layer on the basis of consultation (renewal of the islands at the time of the CAD application filed in year n compared to those declared in the campaign n-1), but it is not valid as part of the second year; surface declaration instruction.
