Partnership Region — Holocaust Memorial from 2000 to 2015

List of high schools and CFA Francilians who took part in the visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp, as part of the partnership between the Holocaust Memorial and the Île-de-France Region. This visit is offered every year for 24 high schools (since 2000) and 5 CFA (since 2010) and is limited to twenty people per institution (18 young people and 2 accompanying women). Since July 2000, the Île-de-France Region has partnered with the Holocaust Memorial for the implementation of awareness-raising activities on the history of the Holocaust. The constituent actions of this partnership are as follows: * Training trips on the history of the Holocaust offered to members of educational teams and documentalists of voluntary institutions * Welcome of young people to the information and documentation centre of the Memorial and visit of a Mémoire course in Île-de-France * Provision of Holocaust exhibitions for voluntary institutions and organisation of screenings on the Second World War in partnership with the Paris video library * Organisation of four days of visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp for the most interested young people of the French secondary schools and CFA
