The authorities to implement a PCAET under Article L229-26 of the Environmental Code: have the opportunity to deposit their PCAET project on the Terrestrial and Climate platform, this deposit being sent for notice to the Prefect of the Region as provided for in R229-54. have an obligation to deposit their adopted territorial climate-air-energy plans on the Terrestrial and Climate Platform. The platform offers an Open Data section offering 5 datasets for download. These datasets are also available on the Open Data ADEME portal, updated daily, allowing for better reuse, especially via API. The dataset presented here contains an extraction of the published PCAET procedures (2/4).
