Dataset description

The City Policy brings together all institutional, economic, associative partners, and inscribes in a single document their actions for the benefit of dropout districts. It is implemented locally as part of the city contracts, all of which will have to be signed before the end of 2015. The perimeters of the priority districts of the city policy are set by Decree No. 2014-1750 of 30 December 2014 for the metropolis. These perimeters replace sensitive urban areas (Zus) and neighbourhoods under urban social cohesion contracts (CUCS) from 1 January 2015
