The scots were created to replace the old master schemes by the Urban Solidarity and Renewal Act (SRU) of 13 December 2000.
They allow municipalities belonging to the same living area to align, in accordance with the principle of subsidiarity, their policies in the areas of urban planning, housing, commercial settlements, travel and the environment.
The data provided shows the scots whose department of competence is in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes but also those of a neighbouring region of which at least one commune is in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
The perimeters of the approved scots are provided. For the diagrams identified “under revision”, this is the scope of the approved document and not the scope of the draft revision.
