Dataset description

Table L_QUARTIER_CUCS_2007_2014_075 delimits the districts covered by the Urban Contract for Social Cohesion 2007-2009 of Paris, extended until 31 December 2014. These districts are the priority geography of the city’s policy in force on the territory of Paris from 2007 to 2014. The Interministerial Committee of Cities of 9 March 2006 launched a new type of contract to take over city contracts: urban contracts for social cohesion (UCCS). The objective was to provide a clear, legible and more operational framework for the combined action of local actors for the benefit of neighbourhoods in difficulty. Concluded for a period of three years renewable (2007-2009), these contracts have been extended until 31 December 2014. The CUCS are structured around four main principles: a pivotal partnership consisting of the state and the mayor, the uniqueness of the contractual framework, a thematic prioritisation and an evaluation imperative. __Origin__ Table L_QUARTIER_CUCS_2007_2014_075 lists all the districts targeted by the 2007-2009 Paris CUCS, including those that were otherwise classified in whole or in part in the Sensitive Urban Zone (ZUS). The perimeters of the districts were drawn from a visual interpretation of the maps included in the City contract (directed by the Atelier Parisien d’Urbanisme), on a scan25 basis (©IGN-scan25). Given the accuracy of the sources used, the consistency of the contours with the parcel is not guaranteed. The table contains only simple geometries. Thus, neighborhoods composed of several spatially disjointed parts (e.g. 13rd South Arrondissement) are represented by as many registrations as parts, with identical names (NAME attribute). __Partner organisations__ Regional and interdepartmental direction of equipment and equipment; development Île-de-France — Paris Departmental Unit __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-15f584de-ab9a-49c4-a26f-aac8cf3c8a8f) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/0f7eac799dce00e75f9feb92d605b0989bdd672b)
