The application for a building permit is filed in the town hall. A prior assessment of the consequences on the environment (landscape, noise...) must be carried out by the project owner before any installation of wind turbines. This environmental assessment must be included in the file:
— in the form of \#x27;a notice of #x27; impact for wind turbines of less than 50 metres or
— in the form of {\#x27;a study of #x27; impact for wind turbines over 50 meters.

__Origin__
The resource is produced by geocoding of the list of municipalities classified in ZRR obtained from the DATAR Territorial Observatory on the geographical repository GEOFLA of l'IGN. This is a request by join on the INSEE code between the municipalities of the data source and the municipalities of the geographical repository. All communal objects obtained topologically adjacent are then aggregated to form areas of rural intercommunal revitalisation Sources of data: — Administrative geographical repository GEOFLA (IGN) — List of municipalities classified as ZRR downloaded from the site of l' observatory of territories http://carto.observatoire-des-territoires.gouv.fr/#l=fr;v=map1
