__ The final data observed for a month of duty are extracted with a decrease of 6 months. Semi-final data (prefixed files [SD]) observed for one month of duty are extracted with a decrease of 2 months. __ Enumeration by Caf of recipient households with a pensionable entitlement to Personalised Housing Assistance (APL). This service, which was introduced in 1977, is intended for persons who rent new or old housing which has been the subject of an agreement between the lessor and the State. This agreement is granted on the basis of criteria for qualitative improvements to the park. In most cases, it provides that part of the agreed housing will be reserved for certain categories of tenants (in reference to their resources). Upon accession, it is granted to persons who have taken out a contracted loan (Pc) or a loan assisted for home ownership (Pap). In particular, the LPA was designed to support the first social housing rehabilitation operations that lead to significant rent increases.
