Dataset description

For natural PPRs, the code of l'environment defines two categories of zones (L562-1): risk-exposed areas and areas that are not directly exposed to risks but where measures may be planned to avoid d’#x27; exacerbate the risk. Depending on the level of d'aira, each zone is the subject of an opposable regulation. Regulations generally distinguish three types of zones: 1- “zones d' prohibition to build”, so-called “red zones”, when the level of #x27; hazard is strong and the general rule is #x27; prohibition to build; 2- “prescription zones”, so-called “blue zones”, where the level of #x27; hazard is average and projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of #x27; issue; 3- areas not directly exposed to risks but where constructions, structures, development or agricultural, forestry, artisanal, commercial or industrial operations could aggravate or cause new risks, subject to prohibitions or requirements (see Article L562-1 of the Code of the Environment). The latter category is only applicable to natural PPRs. __Origin__ The boundaries of a restricted zone are represented on the graphical documents of the PPR. Regulatory limits are generally set on natural phenomena, which do not follow cadastral or administrative boundaries. A PPR determines the boundaries of the different restricted zones according to the calculated right-of-way of the hazardous phenomena of the site. Some PPRs may sometimes contain regulations associated with linear or punctual figures (cavities, runoff axis...). The linear and point graphics primitives are to be used in these cases respectively. __Partner organisations__ DDT Tarn-et-Garonne __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-62e1afe4-c00c-4cfb-bb75-bb4c4e04e5ad) * [COVADIS data standard: Restricted zone of a PPRN](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ZONE_REG_PPRN_AAAANNNN_S) * [documentation of the VAlidation Data Commission Data Standard for Spatialised Information (COVADIS): Plan for the prevention of natural and technological risks.](http://www.geoinformations.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/standard-de-donnees-covadis-plan-de-prevention-des-a2140.html) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/33698c6cb9d258b7dbb47bab49d2ac54d92731c9)
