Grade PM2 easements may be introduced:
a) under Article L. 515-8, within a defined perimeter around; an installation classified for the protection of l’' environment (ICPE), likely to create, by danger of ' explosion or of #x27; emanating of harmful products, very significant risks to the health or safety of neighbouring populations and to the environment (installations subject to authorisation with easements, referenced AS in the nomenclature of ICPEs annexed to #x27; article R. 511-9 of the Code of #x27; Environment).
Such easements may include:
— Prohibition or limitation on the right to implement constructions or structures, as well as to the right to set up campgrounds or caravan parking sites,
— subordination of building authorisations to compliance with technical requirements to limit the danger of ' exposure to explosions or relating to #x27; insulation of buildings from toxic fumes,
— limitation of the number of employees employed in industrial and commercial facilities to be established at a later date.
under Article L. 515-12:
— on land polluted by l' exploitation of #x27;an installation,
— on the right-of-way of waste storage sites or in a 200-metre band around the zone of #x27; exploitation,
— or on the right-of-way of former quarries or around these sites on surfaces whose integrity conditions respect for public safety and safety.
In addition to the prohibitions and requirements listed in (a), such easements may include:
— prohibition or limitation of changes in soil or subsoil status,
— limitation of soil, subsoil and groundwater uses,
— subordination of these uses to the implementation of specific requirements,
— implementation of site monitoring requirements.
